Shipping and Delivery In New Zealand

We ship all works within New Zealand.  Free shipping is offered for all unframed prints.  We aim to ship within three days if an artwork is in stock.  If the artwork is not currently in stock or requires framing we will be in touch to let you know the wait time.  Recently there has been supply shortages overseas which has led to some framing taking longer than usual.

Upon shipment you will be notified with a tracking number.  All our couriers require a signature so we will arrange a time where you will be home to receive your work or ship to an address where somebody will be available.

Please note that larger works may take longer to deliver as we use a specialist courier for these items.

Shipping and Delivery In New Zealand

We can ship all unframed prints overseas both paper and canvas and also other works if they do not have glass, please get in touch here for a quote.  Any duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the receiver. Some of our artworks are inclusive of NZ GST if you are having the work delivered overseas we may be able to deduct the GST component for you.  Please get in touch here to request a GST deduction.

Damages to Work

Please check your work thoroughly on receipt in the event that a work is damaged during transit.  To place a claim for our insurances we must be notified of any damage within two days of the work arriving. We will need photos of the damage and the packaging or any damages to the packaging. Damage claims must be within seven days of the damaged item being received.

Payment Options

All purchases can be completed online using a simple online form.

We receive payments through Pay Pal,  Credit, Debit Card and After Pay.

We can also offer layby plans over two months on all items if you contact the gallery directly.

The gallery also uses MyART which is a finance service allowing clients to pay works off interest free over 10 months.  To use this service clients complete a simple registration process with MyART.  Works will be despatched once all paperwork has been completed.  This usually takes five days maximum.

Returns

In the event that a purchase has a defect of fault please notify the gallery within three days of purchase.  We reserve the right to repair the item.  If the item cannot be repaired we will offer a gallery credit.  Please choose carefully as we do offer return of goods based on change of mind.

Framing

We offer standard black or white box framing on all paper prints.  Most prints will come with a matt board as well unless the artist has specified otherwise.

We use standard art glass on all our framing unless specified otherwise.  This glass has UV protection of 70%.  We offer conservation glass with 99% UV protection or non reflective glass options as well.  Please get in touch for a framing quote for these options.

We offer stretching on all canvas prints, this is when the rolled canvas print is stretched over a wooden frame ready to hang.  We also offer the option of a black or white tray frame on all stretched canvas prints.  

Please note many of our website framing images are mock-ups only and serve as a representation of what the finished product will look like.  Please check measurements for all online purchases.
