Shipping policy

 

Shipping and Delivery:

We ship all works within New Zealand.  If a work is in stock we will wrap and ship within five days.  If the product is not in stock delivery times will vary.  You will be notified on wait times.  Please note that we aim to ship all framed works within three weeks.  There are occasionally times when framing can take longer especially if it is a large piece or a custom frame.

We will get in touch before delivering your artwork to ensure that you will be at the address to receive it.  Upon shipment you will be notified with a tracking number.  All our couriers require a signature so please arrange a time where you will be home to receive your work or ship to an address where somebody will be available.
