Made with acrylic, pastel, card cutouts on collaged paper, and lithograph, creating a completely unique piece. The primary print he has used to collage is 'Pole line, Te Henga' (1989), in which he has painted over with gestural strokes of colour scattered around the print. You can see he has outlined the cut-out pieces with a graphite pencil. The cutout of the bird is comprised of coloured pencil/pastel and acrylic paint.
