This fein is doin just fine. He has puffer jacket to protect him from
the cold winter but then he sees this sign across the street. It says ICE and
immediately heart kicks up. Fingers twitch, feet move fast, eyes fixed on the
hit. The red hand flashes, but he’s already in the street.

Go Sugar Bio
Go is a Japanese-born artist who has lived on the Gold Coast, Australia, since
the age of 10. Before he started kindergarten, his mum taught him and his two
brothers how to draw — sparking a lifelong devotion to art.
One of the most important aspects of Go's artwork is his composition. He
carefully considers the placement of each element in his paintings, creating a
balanced and visually pleasing whole. Most of his work draws upon and
reflects the bright, tropical, colorful, and surfy vibes of the Gold Coast.
However, he is not limited to any particular theme or style. Instead, he creates
art that reflects his mood and inspiration at the time. He also incorporates a
wide range of symbols into his work, drawing on his interest in social, political,
and spiritual issues.
One of the hallmarks of Go's artwork is the harmonious combination of solid
and soft textured elements. He uses texture to create contrast between the
two, resulting in a visually captivating effect that draws the viewer in.
Additionally, his use of interesting figures and shapes, often with unique
textures, adds depth and dimension to his pieces.
Go also incorporates typography into many of his paintings. While it often
plays a small role in the overall composition, he enjoys creating his own
language or using interesting words from the dictionary that may or may not
be related to the painting. Sometimes, he adds typography purely for its visual
effect, believing that certain paintings look better with it. He intentionally uses
typography to stimulate the audiences creativity, even if the combination of
letters doesn't make sense.
Through his unique approach, Go creates truly captivating artwork that often
contains multiple layers of symbolism. These symbols are carefully chosen
and woven into his paintings, adding further depth and meaning to his work.
His artwork has been featured in numerous exhibitions both nationally and
internationally. When he's not painting, Go enjoys visiting Brisbane and
surfing.
